3) Some comments on their financials

Means of income/revenue?
LifeClicks has several means of income: incoming funds from new and returns members is but one (as stated in their terms).
Several other highly significant means of income exist, including, but not limited to investments. No forex trading is performed. LifeClicks in general, and 12DP in particular, is not a ponzi. Further details cannot be disclosed, by request of Admin.

Is the program sustainable without new memberships?
Yes, the program is structured such that the present rate of return can be maintained without new memberships. Though obvious, it is worth mentioning here that a program cannot exist without an existing membership. The present number of members is far above the minimum necessary for program survival.

Does LifeClicks pay taxes?
Yes, LifeClicks, LLC must pay taxes, and yes this involves the manager/members of LifeClicks, including Charis Johnson. Refer to the North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS) Ch.57C for details.

4) The Future of 12Daily Pro?
12Daily Pro will be maintained by LifeClicks on an ongoing basis. The program itself is NOT the primary revenue generator for LifeClicks, though through the programs reputation and notoriety, Lifeclicks has prospered. LifeClicks has very exciting and ambitious plans for the rest of 2005, and 2006 (and beyond), in which 12 Daily Pro figures highly.

I saw this email from another Studio Traffic member and thought it was worth publishing. It makes good reading about Studio Traffic.

Ok. Here's the problem...

Autosurfing in general has been a growing audience, and is supported by... autosurfers. Anywhere you go in autosurf land, you'll get many of the same faces, over and over again.

Those who run StudioTraffic realize this is a problem that will handicap the system, and ultimately destroy any long-term viability. If autosurf companies only allow members to promote other autosurf companies, what's the point? Nobody is going to put real advertising dollars into the system, because there IS no system. However, allowing TRUE autosurf companies (those who actually have a sales team, find advertisers to PAY to put their sites into rotation) is still important. I think the smaller start-ups are going to shift their mentality, and real soon, 'cause ST isn't usually in the "wait around and see" mode.

New markets must be introduced, so that the sales team(s) can find advertisers willing to spend REAL ad revenue from their budgets on a company like StudioTraffic, so we, as surfers of varying nations and backgrounds, can see them. We can buy from them. We can perhaps promote them, but most importantly, we can EARN from them.

The Global Advertising Campaign. It is starting to make sense now.

If you're relying too heavily on membership upgrades, your business will fail, especially if you continue to pay back ENORMOUS amounts (1% per day!) on those upgrades. The more folks in profit, the more you're going to have to stretch every single dollar that comes into the company, each month.

I think the ST income plan is brilliant! But, as we've seen with almost EVERY failed autosurf venture, they have been leaning far too much on new members and upgrade revenue. This isn't real revenue, nor is it sustainable. I believe the GAC has the singular purpose to bring in a whole new generation of members, but more importantly, create a REAL audience that companies can advertise to, in a BIG way.

Television ads are virtually useless, because folks are going to the download format, buying the season DVDs, etc. I haven't even had cable service in YEARS because it's such a waste of time. If I like I show, chances are that soon I'll be able to LEGALLY download it. Or, buy the DVD, full of extras, NO stupid commercials, and just the goods.

AND, they don't pay be a CENT to watch these things!

SurfSTV. Amazing opportunity for new clients. We WILL watch the commercials, because we're paid AMAZING amounts to do so. StudioTraffic is on to something. Something BIG. I just hope the naysayers won't keep on the negative trend, worrying all the time about losing money and profits. If I am understanding correctly, John & Co. are long-term thinkers. And BIG thinkers. It's not about greed, as most of us are addicted to (money money money money money). It's about sustaining an opportunity for as long as possible. Being profitable for as long as possible.

Some very exciting times ahead for Studio Traffic

I received Octobers News Letter and it makes some great reading!

To the Year 2006

The year 2006 is fast approaching. We have a lot of exciting plans for the year 2006. StudioPay will be opened to the public in 2006. StudioHug, our much anticipated virtual office and consultation business will be live in 2006 too. StudioShopper will add another core business operation with a comprehensive worldwide affiliate system. It will open wholesaleing with mass appeal to a worldwide audience. Most of you already know about these upcoming plans. What is the most exciting of all, and which you don't know about yet will be our entry into the Chinese Market. Yes, we are going to expand our services to China and India, that's billions of people helping Studio Programs grow.

In the upcoming days, we will start working on targeted advertising on SurfSTV. Members will be able to see ads targeted for their Country. Advertisers will be able to state which audience they would like their Ad to be targeted at - US, Canada, UK, Malaysia, Singapore, China, India etc. or Globally. We will have SurfSTV showing US, UK, Chinese, Indian or International Ads. To prepare for this enormous growth, we are going to upgrade all of our servers to QUAD servers with 8 processors and 8GB of RAM in each server. This expansion will generate a lot of money to us.

To facilitate payment processing in China and India, we are looking for partners to print cash or stored cards. For example, a $10 value card can be sold for $12 to anyone. The $2 profit will go to the vendor and the partner who printed the cards. The vendor will help advertise StudioTraffic too. Anyone will be able to afford a $10 card to be used on StudioPay. One person might buy 20 cards to get to $200 account level. This is almost a billion dollar business.

For StudioTraffic, you can expect to see hundreds of millions of dollars in business from this venture alone.

For StudioPay, it will take a percentage for every card sold. This is again is a billion dollar business too. Why? People can buy the cards to fund StudioPay not only for StudioTraffic but for all our other online programs too. It's almost better than any gold currency. It is safe and secure.

For the partner who is doing this, the profits will be enormous. Imagine getting $1 profit for every card sold in China and India. In preparing for all these exciting ventures, we have started preparing the groundwork to make all of these a reality. One of these is the opening of a bigger StudioPay office in Canada. The new office is almost double the size of the former one. We will be having an official ribbon cutting ceremony attended by the Lord Mayor. Photos of the ceremony will be released on our forum very soon.

Our office in Malaysia has also doubled its manpower within a short while. The latest staff report presented shows that we have 100 staff excluding our programming team. This size is definitely not enough to support our existing operation, not to mention the expansion we are working towards. In order to build up a work force for at least 500,000 to a million membership base, we will need our current membership base to participate actively in StudioTraffic. Just imagine all of our members working actively growing StudioTraffic; we will be a force to be reckoned with.

As examples, one of our members in Singapore has offered a bigger office space for our StudioPay Singapore to operate from. A member in Spain is putting up Bill Board signs using their earnings. Another member has offered some of their designs for us to use for products we can sell at StudioShopper. It is this kind of member support that will keep us far ahead of everyone else.

I want to discuss why StudioTraffic exists in the first place. In other words, why are we here? I think many people assume, wrongly that StudioTraffic exists simply as an investment opportunity. StudioTraffic is never an investment firm. StudioTraffic works just like your local television station. The only difference is, StudioTraffic pays people to surf.
